To ensure the quality of tests, BIO-CHIC Laboratory pays special attention to the Good Laboratory Practice and monitors factors of direct impact on the reliability of results.

The laboratory has introduced a continuous internal and external control of analysis quality. Once a year BIO-CHIC undergoes proficiency testing. The tests apply to quantitative and qualitative methods. The assessment has included pharmacopoeial methods of testing microbiological purity of a medicinal product, manufacturing enviroment , methods of testing cosmetics according to the accredited ISO standards and methods of testing portable water. We have participated in the following tests:

- Determination of total aerobic microbial count (TAMC)
- Detection of Staphylococcus aureus
- Determination of total yeast and mould count (TYMC)
- Detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- Detection of Escherichia coli
- Detection of Salmonella
- Determination of bile-tolerant gram-negative bacteria

The Laboratory has obtained satisfactory results for the qualitative and quantitative tests. Employees of the Laboratory positively detected the presence of tested microbes.
